Go approximately 1 block past Kedzie. The office is located

is west of the building (to the right). The building is a two
story office building with a parking lot.
From the southwest suburbs, take 95th St. east. Go past
Pulaski St.
The office is located on the south (right) side of the street.

From the northern suburbs, take Rte. 94 south to 95th
St. Take the 95th St. exit and go west approximately 3 miles.

There several entrances to the building. To reach the office,
go to the entrance off the sidewalk on 95th Street. Press the
bottom buzzer. Go up the stairs to the second floor. The office
is located at the end of the hall on the left.
